Ordering Policy

Online Orders:
  • Orders placed through our website or mobile app are processed promptly. Please double-check your order details before submission, as we may not be able to accommodate changes once your order is in progress.
  • For special requests or modifications, please call us at (847) 205-2200 immediately after placing your order.
Cancellations:
  • Orders canceled within 10 minutes of being placed will be fully refunded. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to preparation already underway.
Pick-Up Orders:
  • Please arrive on time to collect your order. Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time may not remain fresh, and we cannot guarantee quality after this period.

Refund and Return Policy

Food Refunds:
  • If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at (847) 205-2200 within 24 hours.
  • Refunds or replacements are provided at the manager’s discretion for valid concerns such as incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
Non-Refundable Items:
  • Custom orders or items modified at the customer’s request are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.
